This Privacy Policy explains what information everyof, a product line of Periodica LTDA (“we”, “us”), collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the everyof websites and products.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address and the credentials you use to sign in.
- Billing information — subscription and payment details, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- Product data — the content you create in our products, such as alerts, schedules, components and links, stored per tenant.
- Usage data — metered events and operational logs used to run, secure and bill the service.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the products.
- To authenticate you and protect your account.
- To process payments and enforce plan entitlements.
- To send service-related communications, including sign-in links and alert delivery you have configured.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the processors needed to run the service — for example our payment provider for billing and notification providers for the channels you enable — and where required by law.
Data retention & your rights
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it. Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR and the LGPD), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may export your data.
Security
Product data is isolated per tenant, credentials are stored encrypted, and access is audited. Self-hosted customers are responsible for the security of their own deployments.
